Born in French Morocco, Africa as the daughter of an Air Force officer, Lisa has had the opportunity to live in Colorado, California, Germany, Georgia, and Virginia. She now resides in Norfolk, Virginia with her husband, Webster M. Chandler, III, and their two daughters Whitney and Brynn. Web is President and Principal Broker of Nancy Chandler Associates, Inc.
A graduate of Old Dominion University, Lisa holds a degree in Environmental Health. Upon graduation, she was a Catering Manager for the Omni Hotel located in Norfolk Virginia, until joining Nancy Chandler Associates in 1988.
Lisa is responsible for new construction projects and is the community liaison for the company. She also serves as the Director of Relocation, and is also Managing Broker for the Property Management Department.
As Executive Vice President of Nancy Chandler Associates, she is also responsible for additional operations of the company.

John Reinhart

John Reinhart was named Chief Executive Officer of Maersk Line, Limited (MLL) in 2000 and President in 2004. He has also been a member of MLL’s Board of Directors since 1999.
In 1991, John joined Maersk Inc. in Human Resources. In 1992, he joined Universal Maritime Services (UMS) where he was General Manager of Maintenance and Repair, General Manager of Operations, and eventually President of UMS.
In 1996, John returned to Maersk Inc. as a Regional Director and then as Senior Vice President. During this period, he was responsible for commercial activities of the company, including sales, customer service and marketing for North America and served on a number of boards.
John received his B.A. in Political Science from Ohio University and completed the Executive M.B.A. Program at the University of Michigan in 1997.

Jack began working for Landmark Communications, Inc. in 1984 as an advertising sales representative with The Virginian-Pilot newspaper. In January 1989, he was promoted to General Manager of Landmark’s Norfolk Auto Trader and later became Regional Manager of the Mid-Atlantic region. In 1996, he was promoted to Vice President/General Manager of The Employment Guide with responsibilities for building the organization and opening operations in the top 50 markets in the USA. This resulted in the creation of the first nationwide brand for print classified employment listings covering local markets.
Jack was named Vice President/General Manager of For Rent Magazine in 2001, and led the successful integration of the United Advertising Publications acquisition in 2000 into Trader. This continues to be the largest acquisition in the company’s history.
In January 2009, Jack was named President and COO of Dominion Enterprises and in June of 2010 he took over the responsibility for Landmark’s two television stations, 3 major daily newspapers and 42 community newspapers.
Jack was born in Honolulu, HI and moved to Norfolk when he was 10 years old. He graduated from Norfolk Catholic High School and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Old Dominion University and is active in various civic activities. Jack is married and has two children and two step-children and resides in Virginia Beach.

Barry Bishop has served as Executive Vice President of the Greater Norfolk Corporation since 1993 and represents GNC on a number of city task forces, including the Downtown Roundtable, Downtown Forum, and the Elizabeth River Trail Committee. Bishop also serves on the Board and Executive Committee of Virginians for High Speed Rail, a statewide rail advocacy organization. Bishop is a graduate of Granby High School and Old Dominion University, and a former chair of the Norfolk School Board.
